Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing gusflow.com or using Gusflow's tools and services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Gusflow provides AI-assisted operations tools, educational content, demos, and services for restaurant operators. Current onboarding prioritizes Google Business Profile. Other platform capabilities may be assisted services, pilots, or planned workflows.
3. Demos and AI Output
Content marked Sample, Demo, or Illustrative explains a workflow only. It is not a real customer result and does not change a live account. AI output is a suggestion or draft, not legal, financial, or other professional advice.
4. Business Authorization
You must own the relevant location, account, and content or have lawful authorization from the owner. You are responsible for accurate information and for granting only the access required for the agreed service.
5. Approval and Execution
Public replies, important profile edits, spend changes, and other sensitive actions should receive the business owner's express approval before execution. An authorized operator may execute today. API execution may be used only when formal access and business authorization are available.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Google, Yelp, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instagram, RED, and other services are operated by their respective providers. You and Gusflow must follow applicable platform terms and policies. Gusflow is not affiliated with these platforms and does not claim an official partnership.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- Do not use automated scripts to abuse, interfere with, or overload the tools.
- Do not share credentials you do not own or impersonate a business owner.
- Do not attempt to bypass platform verification, security controls, or user approval.
8. No Guaranteed Results
The website, tools, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, review volume, orders, revenue, or profit.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may limit or stop service for security, compliance, nonpayment, or abuse risks. A business may request that service stop and its account be disconnected.
10. Intellectual Property and Liability
Unless stated otherwise, the site branding, pages, and tool designs belong to Gusflow or its licensors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gusflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the website, tools, recommendations, or third-party platforms.
