Who We Are

Gusflow offers AI-assisted operations tools, content, and services for restaurant operators.

Information Collected on This Website

When you use the contact form, we collect the restaurant name, city, number of locations, contact details, and platform interests you provide. When you use a free demo tool, we process the website URL, review text, or other input you submit to return the requested result.

Google Business Profile Data

After a business owner expressly authorizes a connection or management service, Gusflow may access profile details, reviews, replies, performance signals, and account or location identifiers required for visible user-facing features. We use this data only to diagnose issues, prepare proposed actions, present approvals, execute approved work, and verify results.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising profiles. Public replies, important profile edits, and other sensitive actions require the business owner's prior specific and express approval.

Third-Party AI Processing

Yes. When a merchant actively enables a relevant feature, Gusflow may send limited Google Business Profile data needed to diagnose an issue, generate a recommendation, or prepare a reply draft to contracted AI service providers. We send only the minimum data needed for the merchant-requested, visible feature. Google user data is not used for advertising or sold, and our providers are not permitted to use it to train generalized or foundation AI models.

If a merchant does not enable the relevant AI feature, Google Business Profile data is not sent to an AI service provider for that feature. The feature may then be unavailable.

Human Access

Yes, but only in defined circumstances. Authorized Gusflow personnel may view specific Google Business Profile data only when the merchant has affirmatively requested or consented to a human-assisted workflow, requested customer support, or when access is necessary for security investigation or legal compliance. Access is limited to what is necessary and is governed by role-based permissions, confidentiality duties, and access records. Operations personnel do not browse Google Business Profile data for purposes unrelated to the service requested by the merchant.

Google API Limited Use

Gusflow's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Analytics and Local Storage

We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Cloudflare Web Analytics / RUM to understand page visits, performance, device type, and general location. Browser local storage caches blog content and remembers language preference.

Service Providers and Sharing

Providers used as needed include Cloudflare for website hosting, DNS, network security, performance, and analytics; Supabase for content and form-data storage; FormSubmit for contact-form delivery; Google Analytics for usage analytics; and contracted AI service providers for limited inputs when the relevant feature is enabled. We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for third-party marketing.

Retention and Deletion

Limited cached content obtained through the Google Business Profile APIs is stored temporarily and securely only to improve project performance, is not manipulated or aggregated, and is deleted or refreshed within 30 calendar days. Merchant-provided content, approval records, and service records are managed separately.

After a request to disconnect, we promptly revoke relevant permissions, permanently delete access and refresh tokens that are no longer needed, and complete disassociation within no more than seven business days.

Security

We use access controls and transport protections appropriate to the data involved. Never send passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, or payment information through the website, email, or Telegram.
